Customer called us out to clear a clogged toilet that they could not clear with a plunger. Upon arrival, the technician had to remove the toilet in order to gain access to the affected drain line. Utilizing a camera and a cable snake, the technician was able to locate the stoppage and clear the blockage with a couple passes of the cable snake. Once the drain line was cleared, a camera inspection was performed to ensure the blockage was gone. Finally, a water test was performed to ensure flow was restored.
