Homeowner called us out to help with a wash that was backing up and a wash sink that would not drain. Upon arrival, the technician attempted to go through the plumbing under the wash sink but found that the plumbing was very weak and brittle. As a result, the technician jumped on the roof to access the roof vent directly correlated with this drain line. Utilizing a cable snake, the technician was able to clear the drain line of hair and lint debris. A wash cycle was ran in order to confirm proper flow was restored.
