Customer called us out to assist with a bathroom that was not operable for customers during business hours. Upon arrival, the technician observed a lot of water on the floor once he entered the affected bathroom. Locating a clean out in one of the stalls, the technician was able to utilize his camera to locate the length of the stoppage, but he was not able to see anything on the camera due to the drain line holding water. Utilizing a cable snake, the technician was able to pull back a lot of toilet paper and wipes that were causing the blockage. The technician then flushed all the toilets and ran all of the sinks in order to confirm that proper flow was restored.
