Property management company called us out to help with a community laundry room that had a washing machine that was not draining. The technician on-site was shown the lone washing machine, and he started his investigation. The technician could not find a clean out, so the cable snake was run through the standpipe (where the water from the washer drains into). After several passes with the cable snake the water in the washer drained. The technician performed a wash cycle in order to confirm proper drainage was reached.
