Commercial Laundry Room Drain Cleaning in Chula Vista, CA

Property manager called us out to assist the on-site maintenance with a laundry room back up for the apartment complex. When the technician arrived, he located the affected laundry room and looked for access to the affected drain line. Unfortunately, the technician found no clean out access for the drain line so the plumbing under the wash sink was the access he utilized for this backed up section of the sewer system. Using a cable snake, the technician was able to clear the blockage of lint, debris and hair. After the plumbing was put back together, the technician performed an adequate water test to ensure proper flow was restored for this commercial laundry room.
