Upon arrival, the technician verified that the mainline sewer pipe had a stoppage causing this backup. The technician then recommended to hydro jet the drain line, not cable snake the drain line. After the sewer mainline was cleared, the technician inspected the line with a camera to double check nothing else was going on besides the blockage. Then a water test was performed in order to ensure that proper flow was restored.
