Commercial customer called us out to help with a floor drain in one of their bathrooms that had water coming from it. Upon arrival, technician located 2 floors drains that were affected. Utilizing a cable snake through each floor drain, the technician was able to get the water to recede in both floor drains. A proper water test was performed to ensure all fixtures were back to working order.
