Clogged Urinal and Floor Drain in Mission Valley, CA

Restaurant called us out to help with a urinal and floor drain that were backing up during service hours. Upon arrival, the technician was shown both of the affected areas. First, the technician utilized a small cable within the backed-up urinal in order to clear what seemed to be a tobacco pouch that was spit into this particular urinal. The technician then checked the drain line with a camera to ensure flow was restored to the affected fixture. Then he moved to the floor drain that was not draining properly. Utilizing a small cable snake, the technician was able to remove a small bundle of roots that were present in the drain line. This freed up the flow, but a recommendation was given to get this compromised pipe fixed. Each affected drain was tested to ensure proper flow was restored.
