Clogged Toilet in San Diego, CA (San Diego State University)

Due to a good long-standing relationship, the Aztec shops located at SDSU (San Diego State University) called Drain Mob to help investigate a toilet that was flooding one of the upstairs bathrooms. After carefully extracting the water from the toilet, the technician then removed the compromised toilet to investigate the issue further. Technician recommended to use a cable snake in order to clear the blockage causing the backup. After the first pass with the cable snake, the technician pulled back a ridiculous number of wipes and rags that were flushed down the line. The technician made several passes with the cable until the line was cleared of these wipes and rags. A water test was performed after the service was completed to ensure proper flow was restored.
