Clogged Toilet in Hill Crest, CA

Customer called us out to help with a clogged toilet that would not flush in one of the guest bathrooms. Upon arrival, the technician was shown the affected toilet in order to determine how he could alleviate the issue. After a careful inspection on the exterior of the home, a clean out was found on the side of the home. The technician worked form this access point utilizing a cable snake, camera and hydro jetter. Once cleared, a proper water test was performed to ensure flow was restored back to the affected section of the sewer system.
