Clogged Toilet Drain Service in Mission Hills, CA

Customer called us out to help clear 2 separate toilet clogs. These toilets were not connected to each other, so each had to be cleared individually. The technician utilized a toilet auger in order to effectively clear both soft stoppages in each toilet. The technician found that the user of each toilet was using too much toilet paper for the flushing capacity of the toilet itself. It was recommended to either change the toilet paper or get a new toilet to accommodate the toilet paper being used. A proper water test was performed in order to ensure flow was restored back to each drain line.
