Clogged Shower Drain in Oak Park, CA

Property management company called us out to help assist their maintenance crew on site with a shower backup that was affecting two units. The technician arrived and viewed that the water was still holding in one of the showers. The technician used a small cable snake in the shower and bathtub for each separate unit. Once pulled back, the cable snake presented a lot of hair that was causing very slow draining. After the hair was removed, a water test was performed to ensure that proper flow was restored.
