Clogged Sewer with Roots in Normal Heights, CA

Customer called us out to clear a mainline sewer blockage that was not allowing the household to use any drains. Upon arrival, the technician pulled a toilet and was able to access the affected sewer system through this point. Utilizing a camera, the technician was able to clear a soft stoppage that revealed a big mass of roots that had been growing within the cast iron sewer mainline. The technician recommended to rip out the roots as well as provided an estimate for our in-house trenchless sewer repairs.
