Clogged Sewer Pipe (Mainline Hydro Jetting Service) in Imperial Beach, CA

Customer called us out to help with an emergent back up to the property. The customer stated that the toilets and showers were backing up when anything was used. Upon arrival, our technician found an exterior mainline sewer clean out for access to this blockage. When the technician opened the clean out cap, the sewage had filled the entire system due to this clog. With approval, the technician performed a much-needed hydro jetting service and was able to clear the stoppage. After an in-depth camera inspection, the technician was able to view that the issue was old cast iron pipes that were catching all the paper, waste and debris causing the back up. Plenty of water was ran to flush anything else out of the sewer mainline to ensure proper flow was restored. Customer requested estimates for repairs afterwards. Our estimator then went on site for a free inspection to provide a clear estimate for the problems at hand.
