Clogged Sewer Pipe in Cardiff, CA

Customer called us out to alleviate a sewer mainline back up. With no clean out access on the surface level of the property, the technician had to assess the situation from the roof. Technician viewed a big blockage in the pipe when viewing it internally with a sewer camera. Using a cable snake, the technician was able to pull back the object in the sewer pipe. The blockage was a microfiber towel that had been either flushed or dropped down the sewer line. Once removed, the technician performed a water test to ensure proper flow was restored.
