Upon arrival, the technician viewed a backed-up laundry drain line that was not receding. Viewing an accessible point to clear this drain line, the technician utilized a cable snake and was able to free the drain line of debris, lint and hair. When the technician was finished with the cable service, a proper wash cycle was run in order to ensure proper flow was restored.
