Customer called us out to alleviate the clogged kitchen and bathtub drains. After bailing out a couple of 5 gallon buckets worth of sewage from the bathtub the technician was able to start his service. Using a cable snake, technician was able to clear both the kitchen and bathtub drain lines when working from the kitchen waste arm under the kitchen sink. After the water drained, the technician ran both drains to ensure proper flow.
