Property management company called us out to help with a bath sink that would not drain. Upon arrival, the technician found that the bath sink and the kitchen sink were back-to-back (meaning they shared a common line leading to the mainline sewer). The plumbing was a little easier to disassemble on the bath sink side so this is where the technician performed work from. Utilizing a cable snake, the technician was able to free the common line of grease and debris in order for both drains to become operable. Once the plumbing was put back together the technician ran a water test in order to confirm proper flow was restored.
