Customer called us out to clear a bathroom sink that was not draining properly. Upon arrival, the technician was shown the affected bath sink and first tried to replicate the issue. Once the water was on to the sink, the bowl would immediately start to fill, and the drain would not work properly. After a couple seconds, the technician let the water recede so he could take apart the plumbing under the sink. From this access point the technician was able to utilize a cable snake in order to break up large, calcified deposits that have built up over time. Once the drain line was cleared, the plumbing was put back together, and a water test was performed to ensure proper drainage was restored.
