Backed Up Toilet in El Cajon, CA

Drain Mob was called out to assist a commercial business with their backed-up toilets during service hours. Upon arrive the toilets would not flush and would continue to fill with water before receding. The technician then found clean out access in the hallway and located the blockage from these access points. A cable snake was then used in order to clear this blockage. Once the cable snake cleared the clog, it was pulled back, and a wipe/rag was pulled from this respective section of sewer. The sewer was then scoped once more to ensure the blockage was gone. The technician confirmed the removal of the clog and reset the toilet. The toilet was flushed multiple times to ensure proper flow was restored.
