Customer called us out due to a clogged toilet. While on-site the technician was informed that the sewer system was hooked up to a sump pump on the property that was not functioning properly. After careful assessment, the technician realized that the sump pump system had failed and that was the reason the water was holding. The customer was informed that a new sump pump would need to be installed for the sewer system to be performing at its proper potential.
