Backed Up Floor Drain & Urinal in Serra Mesa, CA

Commercial customer called us out to help assist with a bathroom that was experiencing a backup. Upon arrival, the technician found that one of the floor drains had water coming from it and one of the urinals was not draining properly. The technician was able to locate a clean out under the affected urinal as a good access to attempt to clear the line. Utilizing a cable snake, the technician was able to clear the urinal stoppage as well as the mainline stoppage that was causing the floor drain to overflow. The technician then ran a lot of water as well as flushing all the toilets in the bathroom, to confirm that drainage was restored properly.
