Backed Up Bathtub in Carmel Valley, CA

Upon arrival, the customer showed the technician the affected bathtub drain that was not draining properly. Utilizing a small cable snake, the technician was able to dislodge a large mass and get the tub to drain its full amount. However, after doing a water test the bathtub was still filling with water. The technician then began to work on the drain line with his cable snake further and after a long-fought battle, was able to clear the line of an enormous hair blockage. Once this hair mass was out, the technician performed a water test to ensure proper flow was restored.
