Backed Up Bathtub and Bath Sink in Imperial Beach, CA

Customer had us out to clear both a bathtub and bath sink that were not draining or very slow to drain. Upon arrival, the bath sink was backed up and holding whereas the bathtub was draining but extremely slow. The technician first worked on the bath sink and was able to determine that there was a lot of hair, debris and sludge in the p-trap/waste arm section of plumbing under the sink. After removing this and running a ton of water, the drain line was flowing once more. Then the technician was able to address the bathtub. After a close inspection, the drain seemed to be blocked by a large amount of hair right at the drain entrance. Once all of this was sufficiently extracted, the technician was able to provide flow to this affected section again.
